Detox water for weight loss

 Detox water is the water that contain fruits, vegetables or herbs. It is also known as fruit
 infused or fruit flavored water. Detox water is made by infusing fruits and vegetables so it contain little amount of calories. The most important detox water is "lemon detox" or "master cleanse". Detox water replaces soda drinks to some extent that's why it is also used in weight loss. Here are some types of detox water that can be used in weight loss.

  1. Lemon Cucumber Mint Detox water  
         Ingredients:6 cups water                                             
  • 3 large lemons
  • 8 sprigs mint
  • 1 large cucumber   
  • Ice
            Instructions
             Fill up the jug with 6 glass of fresh water. Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons into the               water, then cut the 3rd lemon into slices and put them in water. Cut the cumber                       into  slices and place them in water along with mint leaves. Leave it for 3 hours.                     Add ice in it and enjoy.

     2. Apple cider vinegar Drink

         Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • Honey as sweetner
  • Ice
        Instructions
        
        Mix all the ingredients in a glass and mix well them. Add ice and enjoy .
Apple cider vinger drink
   3. Lemon cayenne pepper water
      
        Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  •  1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinger
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • Honey  as sweetner
  • Ice
      Instructions

       Mix the ginger, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and honey in a glass of water. Place it for        1 hour.  Add ice and enjoy it. 
                                 
4. Fruit infused water 
      Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Few pieces of berries or watermelon slices
  • Ice      
        Instructions
        In a glass of water add lemon juice and berries. Place it for 3 hours .Add ice and enjoy          it.

Precautions
If you are using apple cider vinegar drink use more water as compare to apple cider vinegar.
