Losing weight fast is unhealthy and dangerous. but there are many ways to lose weight without the wastage of money and punishing your body. There are some common ways to lose weight.


  1.  Choose quality over quantity                                                                                                          Eat more nutrient dense food to loose weight. But do not skip wholesome diet.
  2. Focus on plants                                                                                                                                  Focus on vegan diet like grains, fruits, nuts e.t.c. They slow down the digestion process and optimizes fullness.
  3. Eat lean protein sources                                                                                                                    Protein is most important tool in loosing weight as compare to fat. Try to use chicken breast, white fish as a lean protein source.
  4. Combination of protein with sweet                                                                                                  Eat carbohydrates like bread with peanut butter,it makes you fuller also slows down the digestion.
  5. Drink more water                                                                                                                             Drink as much as you can, skip the soda drinks and prefer purified water instead. Soda drinks contain much calories which can the increase body weight.
  6. Sleep adequately                                                                                                                                Poor sleep is a major hurdle in weight loss because it slows down metabolism. Sleeps an extra 30 minutes a night.
  7. Exercise                                                                                                                                            Do mild exercise on daily basis. Exercise is also good for mental health. Don't try heavy exercises to lose weight in one night. Metabolic effects of exercise are slow.
